Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.

These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern your use of AgentRank (the 'Service'). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AgentRank analyzes a website you submit and delivers an 'agent-readiness' score, findings and suggested improvements. The output is generated by automated systems and large language models and is intended for information. We do not guarantee that a score, finding or improvement leads to any specific business result. The AI-visibility demo and the AI-visibility check are simulations and not live answers from external AI services such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs you are entitled to have analyzed.
• Scanning websites: the Service only reads public pages. You may have public websites (including competitors') analyzed for your own insight and comparison, but not to burden or misuse the Service or those websites.
• Do not attempt to overload or abuse the Service, reverse-engineer it or circumvent its limits.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Leaderboard: only place websites on the public leaderboard that you own or are authorized to represent; we may refuse or remove entries.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or threatens the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The Service offers a free plan (1 scan with a full report, no credit card), Pro (monthly or yearly) and Agency (monthly). Prices exclude VAT and are shown at the time of purchase; the current rates are on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically per billing period (month or year) until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time via Account → Manage billing; it takes effect at the end of the current period.
• There is no refund for a running period, except where the law requires it.
• Switching between Pro and Agency (in both directions) converts your subscription immediately; Stripe charges the difference pro rata of the remaining period.

Right of withdrawal (consumers). Consumers have a 14-day reflection period after purchase. If you have the service start within that period and you withdraw afterwards, you pay pro rata for the period already delivered. Business customers have no right of withdrawal. Consumers outside the European Union additionally have the rights that their local law mandatorily grants them.

Fair use and limits. Each plan has usage limits as stated on the pricing page (including Pro: max 50 scans per day and 200 per month; Agency: 100 client scans per billing period and max 50 per day). Every call counts, including scans you do not save. Abuse of the Service or circumventing limits may lead to restrictions on your account.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain the rights in the content you submit. Generated files we produce for you (such as a proposed llms.txt or schema fragment) are yours to use.

5a. Agency and white-label

With an Agency subscription an agency may provide and resell reports, PDFs and share links under its own brand to its own clients. The agency is responsible for the rights to the logos and texts it uploads and for its agreements with its clients. Results are indicative; the agency may not present them as a guarantee.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided 'as is', without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; important changes are indicated by the 'last updated' date above. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where that is reasonably necessary.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, to the exclusion of the rules of private international law.
